1. Data we collect

We may collect Google sign-in information, service usage logs, device and browser details, and invitation content uploaded by users.

2. Why we use personal data

We use personal data for account identification, invitation creation and publishing, support operations, service improvement, and security management.

3. Retention period

We delete personal data without delay after account deletion or when processing purposes are fulfilled, unless legal retention is required.

4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

On ad-supported public invitations, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on prior visits and measure advertising performance. Ads are not shown to the invitation owner, on ad-free invitations, or while a content report is under review.

5. Regional consent and ad restrictions

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions requiring additional consent, MarieCard does not request ads until a Google-certified consent management setup has been confirmed. Visitors can change their choices through the regional consent message when enabled.

6. Invitation reports and ad suspension

Visitors can report inappropriate content, copyright issues, privacy concerns, or spam from a public invitation. Duplicate reports from the same network count once. Advertising is suspended after two open reports from different networks and remains suspended until administrator review is complete.

7. Service providers and contact

Supabase, Vercel, Google, and other infrastructure, authentication, or advertising providers may process data as needed to provide the service. Contact support@mariecard.com for privacy or advertising questions.
