Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to MarieCard's mobile invitation service.
2. Definitions
The service refers to the web-based features provided by MarieCard for creating, editing, publishing, and sharing invitations.
3. Service provision
Signed-in users can publish a public invitation for free with Google ads. A valid coupon, approved payment, or administrator grant removes ads for that invitation. MarieCard offers three one-time ad-removal products for wedding, first birthday, and general event invitations at KRW 4,900 each including VAT.
4. Service period and refunds
Published invitations expire 30 days after the entered event date and cannot be extended. A full refund is available before publication, or after publication only when both tracked public visits and in-service share actions remain at zero.
5. Payment records
Purchase history, payment status, refund eligibility, and an internal transaction confirmation are available in My Page. KakaoPay records remain the payment-method receipt.
6. User content and advertising restrictions
Users must hold the necessary rights to uploaded text, images, and video and must not publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content. When content is reported or may violate policy, MarieCard may suspend advertising and restrict the content or public link while it is reviewed.
7. Ad-removal entitlement
Ad removal granted by a coupon or completed payment remains attached to that invitation. A full payment refund revokes payment-based ad removal and returns the invitation to the free ad-supported state. Coupon and administrator grants are unaffected by payment refunds.
